Our movement program begins with an assessment of your current postural alignment, movement patterns, and joint restrictions. The assessment becomes the basis of an individualized training program to build strength, mobility and awareness. 

Our program utilizes a full complement of Pilates equipment and mat-based exercises in a studio setting. 


Pilates Studio Equipment


Pilates studio equipment are resistance-based systems using springs and pulleys. The resistance provides either additional assistance and support for the exercise, or additional challenge depending on the goals of the exercise and the abilities of the user. 


Pilates Mat Exercises

Because most people can't make it to the studio three or more times per week, Pilates Mat exercise instruction is an important part of the movement program.

Mat exercises can be performed at the gym or at home, extending training benefits outside of the studio and making it easier to fit in with busy schedules.
